Call Centre Training

We offer a comprehensive programme for those that are new to the contact centre industry, and those wishing to develop more advanced skills.

It is a practical programme which aims to provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed by call centre operatives, in a safe environment. We use customer case studies, of differing complexity, tailored to your subject matter area, using recording and playback equipment, simulating the real environment.

The training highlights the key challenges facing those in contact centres and practical tips on how to quickly make a difference as a call operative.

The Call Centre Programme has three modules. This allows you to make the choice of:

  • What training and support to offer your people
  • Who to provide it to
  • How to provide the support and also the level you feel is appropriate.

Each section is flexible to your needs and adaptable to your shopping list. None of this programme is rigid or bespoke, forcing your people to fit to it.
